Fixing water damage

The Customers used to have a landing with couple of stairs to the side of the mud room, the house situated at a cul de sac. The house is lower than the street, and all the water from the street used to go directly down the driveway into the garage , mud room and the landing, and by time, the stairs started cracking and falling apart, and it was a dangerous situation needed to be fixed soon as possible.

We changed the design of the entrance and gave the customers a walkway to a new entrance with two posts. also we installed a water pump which works automatically every time it rains . Attached are some pictures to share.

the job started Mid of October,the weather was not cooperating, lots of rain, sometimes snow , we couldn't finish the grass , the ground started to freeze.

A DREAM COME TRUE - before pictures

A client of ours lives in a home on the lake and from the backyard you need to walk down a steep hill, rocks and big trees to reach the water, and also it was not a safe road to take. We took some pictures before we started the job, and after just for the record and to compare.I will leave you with these pictures.Enjoy !
